Three signs your office chair is hurting your body

Three signs of a bad office chair: no lumbar support, a height you cannot adjust, and arms that do not move. Each one puts strain on your spine, hips, lower back or shoulders over hours of sitting.

Three signs your chair is slowly wrecking your body. Sign number one: no lumbar support. If there's nothing pushing back here, your spine is doing all the work all day. Sign number two: you can't adjust the height. If your feet aren't flat and your knees aren't at 90 degrees, that's hours of strain on your hips and lower back. Sign number three: the arms don't move. Fixed arms mean you're either hunching your shoulders up or reaching down. Neither is good for hours at a time. This is what a chair should actually do for you.
