Does your office chair need a headrest?
29 September 2026
Two office chairs compared. Chair one has a headrest for full neck support when you lean back. Chair two has no headrest, a cleaner look and is more compact, still with full back and lumbar support. Which is better depends on how long you sit.
What's said in this video
Do you actually need a headrest?
Chair one: headrest. Full neck support, lean all the way back, done.
Chair two: no headrest, cleaner look, and more compact. Still full back and lumbar support, just without the extra height.
Both are solid, just depends how long you sit. Drop a one or two in the comments. Whatever wins, we'll do a video on it.
