Corded or cordless?
Both work on the same system. A corded desk phone suits reception and fixed desks; a cordless phone lets you walk around the shop, workshop or office while you talk.
Who installs them?
We install them, support them and fix them, as part of your office phone system.
Which Yealink phones do you supply?
The range runs from a classic desk phone for reception or your office, like the Yealink T31W, to desk phones with a touchscreen, and cordless phones like the Yealink W73P with its base station and charger.
Tell us who needs a phone and where they work, and we will suggest a phone for each desk.
Do I need a desk phone at all?
No. Desk phones are optional. The phone app puts the same office number on your cellphone and your computer, and some teams work only on the app. Many offices mix the two: a desk phone at reception and the app for people who move around.
Can I rent desk phones?
We offer month-to-month agreements and longer-term rentals on phones. The desk phones are part of your office phone system from Outsource Digital.

One person at Outsource Digital looks after your enquiry from the first WhatsApp to the installation.
A site visit
We come to your premises to see what you have and what you need.
A customised quotation
You get a quotation made for your environment, not a standard package.
Choose how to pay
Pay cash, COD, or take a rental agreement over 36, 48 or 60 months. Certain products are also available month to month. We arrange the finance for you.
Installation
We install the equipment and set it up.
Service agreement
A separate service agreement covers on-site maintenance and remote support.

Questions about desk phones
Do I need new desk phones?
You do not always need new desk phones. Many existing IP phones can be reused, and Outsource Digital checks yours first.

Can I have a cordless phone?
Yes. Cordless office phones work on the same phone system as the desk phones. Outsource Digital supplies Yealink cordless phones.
Do desk phones work without power?
Desk phones need power from the network or an adaptor. A small backup power unit keeps them running during load-shedding.
Are desk phones optional?
Yes. Desk phones are optional. Staff can use only the mobile app or their computer if they prefer.
