What we need from you

Three answers are enough to start. Together they point to the right Toshiba e-STUDIO series for your office, and they set most of the monthly amount.

  • How many pages you print a month. A rough number is fine for a first quote.
  • Colour, black-and-white (mono), or both. Colour and mono copies are charged separately, so the mix matters as much as the total.
  • A4 only, or A3 as well. Desktop copiers print up to A4, while floor-standing and high-volume copiers print both A4 and A3.

Two more details help if you have them: how many people will share the copier, and whether you need stapling, hole-punching or booklets. Say too whether you would rather rent month to month or over a longer term.

What happens next
