- Delivery, installation on your network, and scan-to-email and scan-to-folder set up for you.
- Training for your staff when the copier is installed.
- Toner and consumables, sent automatically before you run out. Paper is not included.
- Parts, labour and call-outs, and preventative maintenance.
- A report every month of how much you have printed.
How do service and support work in Gauteng?
A technician is on site within 4 to 8 working hours of your call. If your copier cannot be repaired quickly, we bring a loan copier.
