How to remove part of a page when you copy it

A Toshiba copier has editing features built in. In this demonstration the bottom section of a colour page is masked out: the area is measured in millimetres with the ruler on the glass, entered on the screen, and the copy comes out without that section.

You can also go as far as to edit our document from the machine. So I will use this page, and what I'm going to do is, I don't want the bottom [unclear] on my picture, and I'm going to set it on the top of the document feeder here and use the X and Y ruler system just to measure. I'm going to go copy again, printing colour, editing features, and you can see all the different editing features that's already built into the machine. And in this system we're going to use our editing feature and mask away the section of the page we don't want on there. And then we just measure, so we're going to cut it off on one millimetre on top, we can end it on 200. [unclear] Mask. Let's go one millimetre, next step 200 millimetres over here. We can cut it off on 200 [unclear] and we end it on 300, where the page ends. We just scan it from the top on the document feeder [unclear] copy and just check. And I'll now show the one that I've edited, removed the bottom section of the page.
