What we check before we leave a printer installation

When Outsource Digital installs a printer, the technician checks that everything works before leaving. That includes the waste toner, a printed copy of the meter readings for the client and for Outsource Digital, and testing email and prints.

Make sure everything is 100%, so you don't come here to the client and [unclear] check waste toner. Make sure everything is working there, and the client has a copy of it. We also have a copy. So they will carry on from the last [unclear] meter readings and they start [unclear] the client from there. You got the email and you got your prints.
