A loan LTE router while your fibre is being fixed

A technician explains what happens when a client's fibre line goes down. While the line is being fixed, Outsource Digital installs a loan LTE router so the client is not left offline. When the fibre is back up, the client goes back onto the original line.

This is one of our clients that are using fibre that we provide for them. We outsource our fibre from other, like, big companies, like, you know, your Vox, your Cipherwave and all those big companies. So now this fibre, since it's down, they are busy fixing it. So in the meantime, instead of our client being down, we just install this loan LTE router for them that will be working until the fibre is [unclear]. So all this time, [unclear] leaving our client down, we give them this router that they gonna be [unclear] this router until the fibre is back up, and then we will just put [unclear] back on their original fibre.
