Faulty printer swapped for a loan machine

A technician explains how a faulty printer is replaced with a refurbished loan machine. He clones the old machine's settings onto the new one, so it only needs power, a network cable and the same static IP address. The client can then print as before.

So what we're doing here is that we uplifted the old machine, because the old machine was faulty. So we're going to put this one in place. It's a loan machine, it's a refurbished machine. I think it's a much better quality, higher mileage machine as well. So what I've done previously, I've cloned the machine. [unclear] when you clone the machine, you take the same information from the one side to the other side. So it's basically like a plug and [unclear]. So I'll just basically put the power in, put the network cable in, and then put it on a static IP that originally was on. So when the gentleman comes and he prints, everything works as plug and play.
