The last step of every printer installation: a sticker with Outsource Digital's number and email address goes on the machine. If anything goes wrong, the client just looks at the printer to find out who to contact.

Last step before we leave: our sticker goes on the printer. It's got our number and our email address right there on the machine, so if anything ever goes wrong, the client isn't digging through an old invoice or searching their inbox trying to find us. They just look at the printer and they've got what they need. It's a small thing, but it's about making sure our clients are never stuck without support.
